AbstractUsing Fourier transform (FT) spectroscopy, the electronic transitions of HfS in the near-infrared and visible region were studied previously. The study identified and characterized six band systems and five singlet electronic states. This paper discusses the analysis of the high-resolution laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) spectrum of the b 3∏-X 1∑ transition with spectral lines of the 178HfS and 180HfS isotopic molecules resolved and molecular constants of these isotopes.
