Abstract | A case of Ph-negative M-BCR rearranged eosinophilic leukaemia with clonal cytogenetic abnormalities is presented. In addition to involvement of the short arm of chromosome 12 (12p12?13), the malignant nature of the eosinophils was confirmed by the demonstration of trisomy 8 by in situ hybridization. |
