Abstract | Five cases of unilateral renal angiomyolipoma seen in Chinese patients in Hong Kong are reported. The clinical manifestations are reviewed in 57 cases, including 52 from the literature. The predominant features are pain (73.7%), haematuria (26.3%) and the presence of a loin mass (42.1%). Among various investigative procedures, renal angiogram is probably the most useful. |
