Abstract结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type,ENKL)是一种少见的特殊类型结外原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,本病多发于成年男性,具有高度侵袭性,病程进展快,易对化疗药物产生耐药性,因此生存期短,预后较差,儿童病例较少见.我们报道1例应用以左旋门冬酰胺酶为基础的SMILE方案治疗儿童Ⅳ期ENKL情况,并结合病例进行文献复习,以提高对本病的认识.
