Abstract | 利用鉆機在地表面成孔是邊坡工程里最常見和重要的操作之一。鉆孔的成孔質量決定了土釘、錨桿的灌漿體質量,從而影響了邊坡加固的效果。而影響鉆孔成孔質量的關鍵因素是鉆孔過程中的塌孔現象。這篇論文給出了一個經濟、快速、準確地定位塌孔位置的方法。該方法應用基于Labview編制而成的實時分析程序對鉆孔過程監測系統(DPM)提供的實時監測數據進行全鉆分析,所有鉆孔過程中遇到的塌孔區都能被準確定位,有效地提高了成孔的質量,防止了工程質量事故的發生。
Drilling a hole in the ground with a machine is one of the most common,necessary and important operations in slope engineering.The quality of drillhole influences the quality of grouting of soil nail and tieback.This further influences the reinforcement effect of slope.The key factor influencing the quality of drillhole is hole collapse.This paper gives a fast,economic and accurate method to locate the hole collapse zone.This method applies labview based real-time analysis software to analyze analyze the data supplied with DPM system. All hole collapse zones can be accurately located. This can efficiently improve the quality of drillhole and prevent the accident during slope prevention. |
