AbstractVarious researchers have alleged that organizational culture affects the performance of total quality management (TQM) and further suggest that failure in the implementation of TQM is caused by a mismatch with organizational culture. In order to implement successful TQM, organization members should have a clear understanding and agreed approach in achieving the quality goals. This study seeks to examine the relationship between organizational culture and the implementation of TQM in construction firms.
