Abstract通過文獻研究,介紹了人類學的新興分支——經營人類學自20世紀90年代以后在日本的發展狀況及其內容,指出了側重于日本跨國企業本地化經營的國際經營學視角的經營人類學和闡明日本'公司文化'的特點及其背后的象征性宗教倫理的經營人類學的區別,通過重點介紹大阪國立民族學博物館中牧弘允教授、京都大學日置弘一郎教授主持的一系列有關企業文化的經營人類學研究,揭示了日本經營人類學對中國企業人類學研究的借鑒意義。 Mainly through bibliographic research,this paper introduces the development and contents of a new sub-discipline of anthropology ( i.e. Business Anthropology,or Anthropology of Administration) and its development in Japan since the 1990s. The paper points out the differences between Business Anthropology which focuses on the localization of Japanese multi-national corporations with an international business management approach,and the Anthropology of Administration which clarifies the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture and its symbolic religious meanings behind. And by selectively introducing a series of anthropological researches on corporate culture directed by professors Nakamaki Hirochika at the National Museum of Ethnology and Hioki Koichiro at Kyoto University, the paper reveals the implication of Japanese Anthropology of Administration for anthropological researches of Chinese businesses.
