Abstract | 工作場所是亞健康的高發地,當前壓力管理的難點在于,對于員工中較為嚴重的心理問題和機制缺乏專門的研究,這屬于組織行為學與工業精神病理學的交叉領域,過去很少涉及。本文以探索工作人員的抑郁癥狀問題為研究重點,系統考察從工作壓力、工作倦怠到抑郁癥狀產生的全過程的影響因素;并提出針對性的個性化綜合干預模式的理論架構。本研究將完善壓力管理理論,為提高員工工作-生活質量的組織管理實踐提供理論依據。 更多還原
Sub-health prevails in workplace. A current bottleneck is the lack of stress management researches devoted to such mental illnesses as job burnout and depressive symptoms, which, as a cross-discipline area between industrial psychiatry and organizational behavior, are seldom investigated before. This article specifically explores the onset mechanisms of depressive symptoms, systematically investigates the effect of person-environment in workplace, and probes into relevant factors in the whole process from work stress to job
burnout to depressive symptoms. We also propose an individualized integrated intervention mode to treat depressive symptoms among workers. Our research will provide a theoretical basis of management practices for higher work-life quality and work efficiency. |
