AbstractWe have recently demonstrated that the natural flavone acacetin is an atrialselective compound that inhibits ultra-rapid delayed rectifier potassium current (IKur) and transient outward potassium current (Ito) in human atrial myocytes, and also acetylcholine-activated potassium current (IK.ACh).
