Abstract | 本工作制备了多种微流控芯片-毛细管电泳装置,并应用于紧急现场生物医学分析。在人血浆
中阴离子代谢物的指纹分析中,考察了芯片的设计、建立和用途。我们采用一根嵌入式毛细管用于样品引入并与传统的电场驱动双“T”型进样方式进行了对比,所有考察的阴离子都获得
了更好的重现性。该方法对于阴离子良好的回收率,以及与离子色谱的对比实验都说明了这一微分析装置的可靠性,同时还展示了其在紧急现场分析中的适用性。 |
