Abstract每年流行性感冒(流感)導致全球超過2萬人死亡,10萬人住院治療.在亞熱帶地區,流感是導致兒童住院的一個重要原因[1].流感病毒分為甲、乙、丙三型,其中甲型最易發生變異而產生新的變種,引起世界性流感大流行.根據歷史上已發生的三次全球性流感大流行的分析,流感病毒一般每三、四十年會發生一次較大變異,每次變異都會引發全球性的流感大流行.其中1918年至1920年爆發的'西班牙流感'至少使2000萬人喪生.
