目的探討脛骨平臺切模的固定方法對脛骨平臺截骨在內外翻和前后傾方面的影響,比較不同數目、不同位置釘子固定的平臺切模在相同外力下發生的內外翻和前后傾的差異。方法以12根左側下肢假骨和一個左側半骨盆假骨為標本,連接紅外線計算機導航系統,固定標本,固定股骨及脛骨發射器,輸入數據,分別以不同數目及位置的釘固定平臺切模于假骨,通過切模槽內用鋸片予以相同外力,記錄后傾角度、內外翻角度的變化。結果用2根釘固定脛骨平臺切模前后傾角度擺幅平均超過3°,最高超過5°,內外翻角度擺幅平均超過1°,最高超過3°,3根釘固定平臺不論在前后傾還是內外翻方面的穩定性都非常明顯好于2根釘固定。4根釘固定在前后傾方面穩定性好于3根釘固定,內外翻方面的穩定性無明顯差異。結論脛骨平臺切模的固定方法對脛骨平臺截骨在內外翻和前后傾方面有明顯影響,3根釘固定穩定性較好且易于操作,推薦采用3根釘固定。
