Abstract

For students studying land law, the problem is not only mastering the fundamental principles and putting the subject in context, but also the difficult task of collecting and selecting the relevant materials. The third edition of this book continues the aim of explaining the fundamental principles of land law within a practical framework. A new chapter takes account of the many important changes brought about by the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, while the section on enforcement of leasehold covenants has been substantially rewritten to reflect the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995. New cases and other relevant materials have been incorporated to bring this book fully up to date.
