Abstract | This study is a meta-analysis on the relationship
between employee attitudes and task performance. The
results suggest that employee attitudes have a significant,
though modest, influence on task performance
(corrected correlation = .20). Further, theoretical groupings
of employee attitudes, source of performance rating,
and affective valence moderated the relationship. |
