Dr Chen, Heng 陳衡
Heng Chen finished his PhD studies at the University of Zurich in 2010. Before he moved to Switzerland, Heng has also studied at Harvard University, Stockholm University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Heng specializes in quantitative macroeconomics, development and economics growth. He is also interested in issues related to Chinese Economy. One of his current research focuses is the dynamics of consumption and savings behaviors in both developing and developed countries. His works make intensive use of dynamic stochastic general equilibrium models with heterogeneous agents. He also works on issues related to the Chinese household saving rate.
