Directed differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (embryonic stem cells /induced pluripotent stem cells, ESC/iPSC ) to therapeutically useful cell types for tissue repairs.
Mesenchymal stem cells and translational research
Identifying tissue specific endogenous stem cells
Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) for modeling ageing-related diseases (ie. ageing-related macular degeneration) and drug testing.
