Objectives
To assess the impact that organized crime has on one community in Hong Kong. It will attempt to provide a total picture of its full range of operations and effects on the community. The goal is to develop an adequate model of organized crime and how it interacts with the legitimate elements of the community. This in turn will be used to suggest adequate methods of control.
