Objectives
To evaluate the effect of treatment with low dose oral labetalol on symptomatology, exercise performance, Doppler derived parameters of left ventricular function at rest and during exercise, in a pospective, double-blind, cross-over study of patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy.
