Objectives
To see whether feeding on a hypoallergic milk formula can reduce atopic manifestations in high risk infants; to compare the weight gain of babies feeding on hypoallergic formula with breast milk and infant formula to see whether this hypoallergic formula can achieve comparable weight gain and nutritional support; to confirm that allergic manifestations in formula fed babies are related to cow's milk protein by demonstration of positive skin prick test to cow's milk protein antigen.
