To identify these different religious or moral strands and to compare them with the historical legal and cultural approaches of Hong Kong and China. To examine the policy issues for Hong Kong and 1997 in relation to China's socialist laws on prostitution and to discuss the development of Hong Kong law and policy towards prostitution.
