Objectives
To analyse the operation of special investigative provision relating to commercial fraud, corruption and similar offences. To look particularly at the fraud trial process and to examine critically the legislation and practice in England and Hong Kong with comparisons with the selected jurisdictions such as the People's Republic of China, Singapore, Germany and Canada. The overall intention is to develop satisfactory models for specific offences and particular environments.
