Objectives
To generate duck and chicken cell lines producing antibodies of defined specificity; to study the antibodies produced by the cell lines in terms of their secondary functional capabilities and their physicochemical properties; to study the molecular expression of Igs by the duck cell lines, especially in relation to the 7.8S IgY and 5.7S IgY(Fc).
