Objectives
To acquire and master the sophisticated techniques of freezing and thawing of mammalian embryos using slow cooling procedures and with DMSO as the cryo-protectant; to search for better cryo-preservation techniques by investigating the effects of different freezing and thawing rates on the survival of embryos using other new cryo-protectants.
