Objectives
Radiofrequency alternating current has recently emerged as a novel, efficacious, precise and titralde form of energy which can be employed for transcatheter ablation of arrhythmogenic cardiac tissues. This study aims to evaluate the electrophysiologic effects and efficacy of radiofrequency energy in percutaneous trans-catheter ablation in the nonpharmacological management of patients with refractory tachyarrhythmias.
