Objectives
To evaluate the feasibility of performing 3D CT lung volumetry in silicosis; to perform correlative study of lung volumes obtained at 3D-CT lung volumetry with that obtained at spirometric lung evaluation (FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC) including diffusion coefficient (DLCO/VA).
