Objectives
1) To systematically examine the AQP-dependent response and death of different lung and nasopharyngeal cancer cells under osmotic stress; 2) To carefully monitor the AQP polarization-mediated migration of lung and nasopharyngeal tumor cells in the microchannel; 3) To model the transient and oscillatory movements of cells in a confined microenvironment.
