1 To study the action of polyamines on implantation/diapause. 2 To determine the roles of steroids in the production of polyamines and let-7/let-7 containing exosomes in mouse endometrial cells. 3 To study the roles of uterine polyamines and let-7 in implantation/diapause in vivo. 4 To study the roles of hCG on polyamines and let-7 expression and function in human endometrial cells in vitro.
