Objectives
1 To study the effects of semaphorin 3A on synaptic transmission at vestibular interneurons before, and after the formation of perineuronal nets. 2 To find effects of remodeling chondroitin sulfation on the gradient of semaphorin 3A as presented to signaling receptor complexes for the maturation of negative geotaxis.
