Objectives
1 To develop a novel method for estimating the variance (of a quantitative phenotype or of the liability to a binary disease phenotype) explained by a set of correlated genetic variants, using GWAS summary statistics (p-values) only 2 To extend this method for bivariate analysis of two phenotypes, to quantify the total shared variance explained by a set of correlated genetic variants. 3 To implement this methodology into a convenient web-based software.
