Objectives
The ultimate objective of the project is to develop a user-friendly software package with a guideline book to ‧ identify critical transport infrastructures, ‧ evaluate the maximum impact of the infrastructure failure, UICP 6.0 Page 2 of 31 ‧ determine the ranking of critical transport infrastructures systematically, and ‧ build resilience of existing and future urban transport systems cost-effectively. The package is developed based upon optimization theory, network equilibrium theory and vulnerability analysis in the literature.
