Objectives
6) Create scenarios to project the impact of the return of Type II babies (i.e those who have the right of abode of Hong Kong but their parents are not Hong Kong residents) on the population structure and human capital for Hong Kong. 7) Assess the impact of relaxing retirement age on the workforce and additional labour force for meeting the increase demand from the frail older adults.
