Objectives
To further extend the antiviral studies to a list of compounds identified by molecular docking in vitro and then in vivo. The specific aims are: 1) in vitro activity of individual compounds identified by molecular docking; 2) Antiviral activity of individual compounds in vivo. Supplemented by virus-cell culture assays to confirm the antiviral effects in vitro and in vivo, this technology can expedite the discovery of new anti-influenza drugs.
