Step 1: Login Approval Form
DMP form approvals go to Department Heads. In case of the Principal Investigator is the Head of Department, the approval will go to the Dean of Faculty.
Click "DEPARTMENT / FACULTY HEAD LOGIN" to login the approval form with your HKU Portal Account.
A list of Awarded Projects in your department will be displayed. You may click EDIT button to APPROVE forms submmited by Principal Investigators with status = "Waiting for approval". Or you may click VIEW button to view approved or rejected forms.
