Objectives
Older adults with comorbidities are the greatest risk of hospitalization or death due to COVID-19. The overall aim is to assess humoral antibody and cellular immunity among this vulnerable population. Specific objectives are: 1: To determine the neutralizing antibody activity and T cell immunity against SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant and emerging variants among older adults with comorbidities; 2: To investigate the risk factors associated with poor neutralizing antibody and T cell response
