Objectives
The primary objective is to determine whether biologic dose reduction increases the risk of disease flare in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (SpA). Secondary objectives are to investigate the role of anti-drug antibody in disease flare in dose reduction, the effect of dose reduction on structural changes, and the cost effectiveness of dose reduction.
