Heart failure is usually managed with crucial input from carers. However, dyadic approach has least applied in self-care supportive intervention. This application aims at evaluate the effects and cost-effectiveness of a dyadic empowerment-based heart failure management program (De-HF) on dyadic health and hospital service utilization outcomes.
