Objectives
1 To develop a method capable of assembling DNA-encoded multivalent ligand libraries (DEMLs) with high structural and configurational diversity; 2 To design a series of library scaffolds to match the valency and symmetry of different multivalent biological systems; 3 To build a series of large-scale DEMLs at the multi-billion-compound scale; 4 To develop a method capable of selecting DEMLs against multivalent biological targets; 5 To identify potent and specific ligands for representative multivalent protein targets, and also validate the biological functions of the identified ligands; 6 To summarize the results and identify future research opportunities for more in-depth studies, especially the ligands with potential for drug development.
