Objectives
1 To completely decipher the molecular mechanisms of BCL2A1 in regulating ovarian cancer cell survival and growth. 2 To dissect the clinical relevance of BCL2A1 in ovarian cancer metastatic progression. 3 To test the feasibility of using NFkB inhibitors or BCL2A1 targeting approach in impeding metastatic colonization of ovarian cancer cells.
