Objectives
We have previously confirmed BQ323636.1 (BQ) conferred tamoxifen resistance. We found that tamoxifen treatment activated the ATM/CHK2 axis to mediate BQ production. We aim to determine the effect of targeting CHK2 on reducing tamoxifen resistance.
