Objectives
The major hurdle in achieving HIV sterilizing cure is the persistence of latent virus in CD4 T cells. Our study aimed to investigate whether TGF-β up-regulation in patients facilitates HIV infection and latency establishment in different CD4 T cells subsets via mediating HIV co-receptors and chemokine receptors expressions.
