Objectives
1 1. To determine the effectiveness of routine measurement and reporting of HRQOL by the electronic Chinese EQ-5D-5L in improving HRQOL (measured by the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index [WOMAC] scores) of patients with chronic Knee or back problems in primary care over a 12-month period.(Primary objective) 2 2. To find out whether routine measurement and reporting of HRQOL by the electronic Chinese EQ-5D- 5L will improve the pain control, overall health condition, patient enablement and SF-6D health utility in patients with chronic Knee or back problems in primary care over a 12-month period.(Secondary objective) 3 3. To evaluate the acceptability of routine electronic measurement and reporting of EQ-5D-5L data in primary care.(Secondary objective)
