Objectives
We aim to establish the first panels of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) patient-derived treatment-naïve organoid cultures with a mouse xenograft model for preclinical drug testing. As a pilot study, we plan to explore the feasibility and efficacy of targeting tumor associated macrophages (TAM) to treat ESCC.
