Objectives
To utilize a cocktail of small molecules combined with electrical stimulation to reprogram stem cells from apical papilla (SCAPs) into neural stem cells (NSCs), which will be used to form a transplantable rolled cell sheet that will facilitate sciatic nerve regeneration in rats.
