Objectives
(1) To compare the diagnostic performances of PET-CT and contrast-enhanced CT (ceCT) in determining residual disease following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in advanced ovarian cancer (OC). (2) To evaluate the negative predictive value of PET-CT in avoiding the need of additional extensive aggressive surgery. (3) To correlate the metabolic and histological responses following NAC.
