Objectives
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common and fatal cancer worldwide, and epigenetic regulators are attractive cancer therapeutic targets. In this proposal, we aimed to investigate the prognostic value, functional implications and underlying mechanisms of BET proteins in HCC. We will also explore the potential use of BET protein inhibitor in HCC therapies.
