1) To propose a new modeling approach for carrier collaboration based on market design theory. This approach will take into account money flow; 2) To develop Pareto-efficient, strategy-proof, price-compatible matching mechanism for carrier collaboration. The proposed matching mechanisms will extend the will extend the existing market design theory; 3) To explore the similarities and differences between our price-compatible matching mechanisms, as well as the magnitude of cost saving in realistic collaboration settings; 4) To examine results using collaborators’ industrial data.
