Objectives
1 To adopt a randomized controlled trial for making vigorous comparison of the effectiveness between the new (gamification) and existing (instruction) interventions 2 To use a longitudinal design for detecting subsequent outcome changes in actual work settings; 3 To employ multiple, complementary methodologies for performing a more comprehensive outcome assessment; 4 To conduct process evaluation using qualitative methods for investigating the extent to which each intervention is implemented and received as intended from an ""insider’s"" (i.e., client’s) perspective; 5 To share best practices for guiding the design, refinement, and evaluation of new interventions in a systematic manner.
