Objectives
In this proposal, we aim to thoroughly investigate the pathological and functional implications of CDK7 in liver carcinogenesis. We will also evaluate the therapeutic potential of THZ1 in HCC with both in vitro and in vivo models. The complementary effect of THZ1 and Sorafenib combination therapy will be investigated. We believe our proposed study will shed light to the development of novel therapeutic regime for HCC patients.
