Objectives
1. To characterise the surface touch behaviour of people in different indoor environmental settings and the associated surface contamination process; 2. To provide new understanding and quantification of the surface contamination process by direct deposition due to respiratory activities, and surface resuspension; 3. To provide new understanding of virus survival from the release of bio-aerosols to fomite formation on high-touch surfaces as affected by major environmental parameters; 4. To develop a triple-route and quadruple-route disease transmission model and explore environment-related transmission and interventions in a large and dense urban social network.
