Objectives
1) Fabricate a tailored PRP using a standardized PRP concentration with platelets harvested from cord blood and augmented with gel; 2) Evaluate the effects of tailored PRP on early onset OA with animal experimentation. Specifically, assessing the synergistic relation between hydrogel and hyaluronic acid gel and PRP and UCB PRP.
